Booking.com really messed up my stay but the staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! I wanted 2 queen beds as I was staying with a friend and when we got there...there was no such arrangement. Turns out booking had an option that said "If available on day of booking" and I didn't see that. Onil at the front desk, was the only person I spoke with and he was amazing. He explained to me what happened and offered to comp me in any way he could. he completely turned my experience around. We will most defintely be staying there again!

I was very happy with my stay, the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was excellent. I enjoyed my nightcap in the bar and Sharon was very accommodating. The shuttle to Mohegan ran like clockwork on the 1/2 hour.
